SMS/Mobile Messaging Privacy Policy

TransitionServices Conseils Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting yourprivacy. This SMS Privacy Policy applies exclusively to our SMS/MMSmessaging program and governs how we collect and use mobile information.

This policy is specifically designed to comply with the requirements of:

  • Microsoft  Teams SMS Approval
  • The Campaign Registry (TCR)
  • U.S. mobile carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon)
  • CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices
  • A2P 10DLC messaging rules

1. Information We Collect

When you opt in to receive SMS or MMS messages, we collect:

  • Your  mobile phone number
  • Message content you send to us
  • Message delivery and technical data required to operate the service (timestamps, routing, carrier     delivery status)

We do notcollect geolocation, device identifiers, contacts, or unrelated personal datathrough SMS.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your SMS data is used solely to:

  • Send messages related to the program you opted into
  • Communicate with you 1-to-1
  • Provide customer support
  • Ensure delivery, functionality, and security of the messaging service

Your mobilenumber will not be used for marketing unless you have explicitly optedin.

3. NoThird-Party Sharing (Strict Zero-Sharing Policy)

We donot sell, rent, share, disclose, transfer, or provide access to:

  • Your  mobile phone number
  • SMS opt-in data
  • SMS consent records
  • SMS message content
  • SMS interaction data

to any third party for any purpose, including marketing, analytics, datamining, or advertising.

The only exception, required for SMS transmission, is:

Telecommunications carriers and our SMS platform provider

Your number may be transmitted to mobile carriers solely for the purpose of delivering SMS messages.
These carriers and providers are prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.

No other sharing occurs under any circumstance.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may optout at any time by replying STOP.
After you opt out, no additional SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

5. DataSecurity

We use reasonable technical and administrative safe guards to protect your SMS data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
However, no method of transmission is completely risk-free.

6. DataRetention

We retain SMS data only as long as necessary to:

  • Provide the SMS service
  • Maintain legally required records of opt-in/opt-out consent
  • Comply with carrier and regulatory obligations

Data is deleted securely once no longer required.
