These SMS Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SMS/MMS messaging services(“SMS Service”) provided by Transition Services Conseils Inc. (“we”, “us”,“our”). By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Description
Our SMS Service may include:
• Appointment reminders
• Service notifications 1-to-1 communication with our team
• Responses to your inquiries
• Updates related to services you request
We do not send unsolicited marketing messages. Marketing messages are sent only if you explicitly opt in to a marketing-specific program. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
2. Opt-In
You may optin to receive SMS messages by:

• Submitting your mobile number via a form
• Requesting communication with us
• Sending us a message first (initiating a 1-to-1 conversation)

3. Opt-Out

8. Message Delivery Disclaimer
Delivery of SMS messages may be affected by factors outside our control, including:
• Mobile carrier outages
• Network congestion
• Device issues
• We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update or amend these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you or make the updated Terms available upon request. Your continued use of the SMS Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination of Service
We may suspend or terminate the SMS Service at any time, with or without notice, including if mandated by carriers or regulators.
